Updated to jupyterhub 0.7.2 to add OAUTH_TLS_VERIFY=0

Browse Source 
Also updated oauthenticator and dockerspawner.
We had to update to get SSL to ignore self-signed SSL certificates now we are
temporarily using self-signed certificates.
